The Trellis

Luxury Apartment Community

The Trellis is a luxury apartment development within a 20 acre site in the Georgetown area of Savannah, Georgia. The apartments are designed as 264 garden style apartments in eleven buildings interspersed among three park-like green areas, in the shadows of monument live oak trees. The site is located at the intersection of King George Boulevard and the Abercorn Extension, southwest of Savannah's historic downtown and the Georgetown area. The 11 buildings that makeup The Trellis are positioned between stately oak trees that have grown on the site for hundreds of years, reminiscent of Savannah's historic squares. The clubhouse and the apartment buildings use the same material palette for community consistency, and add to the overall historic Savannah feel with deep balconies and galvanized roof parapets. Apartment amenities include private garages, nature trails, jogging trail and park-like open areas with heavy landscaping and more live oak trees. A separate clubhouse contains a clubroom with pool table, state of the art fitness center, internet cafe, tanning bed, open outdoor fire hearth, gas grill and a grand pool deck for gatherings. Construction was completed in early 2010 and reached stabilized occupancy in Spring of 2011.
